Featured REEPRO Projects In The First Half of 2026

From airport infrastructure and industrial manufacturing facilities to green buildings targeting LEED Gold certification, REEPRO continues to demonstrate its capabilities in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of air duct systems across numerous key projects during the first half of 2026.

Below are the representative projects that mark REEPRO’s journey in the first six months of 2026.

Regent Vietnam Textile Factory (Phu Tho) – A large-scale FDI project

Regent Vietnam Textile Factory (Phu Tho) is located in Cam Khe Town Industrial Cluster, Phu Tho Province. The project has a total investment of VND 4,140 billion and occupies a planned land area of more than 16 hectares. It is developed by Crystal Group, one of the world’s leading multinational textile and apparel corporations.

REEPRO participates in the project as the supplier of air duct system products, including:

• 1,800 Air Diffusers
• 900 EI Fire and Smoke Dampers
• 31,000 m² of PIR ALU Pre-insulated Ductwork

A notable feature of this project is that REEPRO established an on-site manufacturing facility directly at the construction site. This approach helped shorten the supply timeline, optimize project progress, and enable close coordination with contractors throughout the implementation process.

T2 Passenger Terminal and VVIP Terminal – Phu Quoc International Airport

Continuing its involvement in major airport infrastructure projects, REEPRO is participating in the expansion of Phu Quoc International Airport as the manufacturer and supplier of air duct system products for both the T2 Passenger Terminal and the VVIP Terminal.

The expansion project is invested by Sun Group with a total investment of VND 22,000 billion and covers an area of more than 1,050 hectares. Upon completion, the airport will achieve ICAO 4E classification, allowing it to accommodate wide-body aircraft such as the Boeing 747, Boeing 787, and Airbus A350. The expansion will increase the airport’s capacity to 20 million passengers per year, approximately 4.5 times its current capacity.

APEC S2 and APEC S3 – Projects Supporting the APEC 2027 Leaders’ Week

REEPRO is participating in the Phu Quoc APEC Convention and Exhibition Center Complex, one of Vietnam’s key national projects serving the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week 2027.

The project is planned on an area of more than 16 hectares and includes the Convention and Exhibition Center (APEC S3 Building), featuring three above-ground floors, one basement, and a minimum seating capacity of 6,500 people, together with the Multi-purpose Theater (APEC S2 Building), comprising six above-ground floors, one basement, and approximately 4,000 seats. The complex will host high-level conferences, international events, and cultural and exhibition activities during APEC 2027.

REEPRO participates as the manufacturer and supplier of air duct system products for both the APEC S2 and APEC S3 buildings.

An Khanh Data Center

Located in An Khanh Commune, Hanoi, the An Khanh Data Center is being developed on a 1.9-hectare site with a total investment of VND 17,500 billion by Viettel Group.

The facility is designed, constructed, and operated in accordance with Uptime Institute Tier III (USA) standards, with a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of ≤1.4. It incorporates environmentally friendly solutions, high-performance insulation materials, advanced cooling technology, and a five-layer security system integrated with biometric authentication. It will become the first data center in Northern Vietnam to simultaneously achieve both the TCDD (Tier Certification of Design Documents) and TCCF (Tier Certification of Constructed Facility) certifications. The An Khanh Data Center is expected to be the largest and most modern data center in Northern Vietnam.

REEPRO supplies the air duct system for the An Khanh Data Center, contributing to the environmental conditions required for modern information technology infrastructure.

T2 Passenger Terminal – Cat Bi International Airport

Airport infrastructure continues to be one of REEPRO’s core strengths with its participation in the T2 Passenger Terminal project at Cat Bi International Airport.

This project further expands REEPRO’s portfolio of airport developments completed over the years, reinforcing the company’s ability to meet the stringent technical requirements of major infrastructure projects.

CATGO Office Building

Located in the Starlake Urban Area, Tay Ho Tay, Hanoi, the CATGO Office Building further expands REEPRO’s portfolio of modern office developments, where the company supplies products for the air duct system, contributing to a comfortable and efficient working environment.

The building is designed with the goal of achieving LEED Gold certification.

The Nam Khang Resort 

The Nam Khang Resort Residences, commercially known as Mandarin Oriental Da Nang, is located in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District. The project covers nearly 17.3 hectares and consists of 60 one- and two-story villas together with supporting facilities. It is invested in and developed by NAM KHANG Consulting Joint Stock Company.

The project is developed based on the philosophy of “quiet luxury,” emphasizing private living experiences, personalization, and cultural depth.

REEPRO supplies the air duct system for The Nam Khang Resort, meeting the project’s requirements for both quality and aesthetics in a luxury resort environment.
