REEPRO contributes to a green building designed to LEED Gold standards
REEPRO supplies air distribution system products for Catgo Office Building, a project designed in accordance with LEED Gold standards, supporting the development of sustainable and energy-efficient commercial buildings in Vietnam.
Catgo Office Building
The Catgo Office Building is the first office development by Catgo Investment Joint Stock Company. Located in the prime area of Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, Hanoi, the project is built on a site covering 3,984 m².
The building comprises 16 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, with a total investment of approximately VND 880 billion.
Designed with a contemporary architectural approach, the project incorporates premium, environmentally friendly building materials alongside advanced technologies for energy management, air conditioning, ventilation, and lighting. These design strategies aim to create a sustainable office environment while aligning with the requirements of LEED Gold standards throughout both the construction and operational phases. (*)
REEPRO supplies air distribution system products
REEPRO accompanies the Catgo Office Building project as a manufacturer and supplier of products for the air distribution system, including air ducts, air diffusers, dampers, fire and smoke dampers, cable ladders, and trays.
In addition to Catgo, REEPRO has also participated in supplying air distribution systems for a number of office projects oriented toward or certified under green building standards, including:
- e.town 6 – an A-grade office building certified with the prestigious LEED Platinum standard, located in the e.town Cong Hoa office complex in Ho Chi Minh City (*1)
- Deutsches Haus – the first building in Vietnam to receive both DGNB Gold and LEED Platinum certifications (*2)
These projects are all developed with a sustainable investment approach, prioritizing energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and optimized operating costs throughout the building lifecycle. REEPRO’s participation in Catgo further affirms its capability to provide air distribution system solutions that meet the technical requirements of green buildings aligned with international standards.
