Regent Vietnam Textile Factory
The Regent Vietnam Textile Factory is one of the largest foreign direct investment (FDI) manufacturing projects in Northern Vietnam, with a total investment of VND 4,140 billion (approximately USD 180 million). (*)
Developed on a 16-hectare site, the factory is designed with an annual production capacity of 98 million meters of fabric. The project is invested by Crystal International Group, one of the world’s leading multinational apparel manufacturers.
As with many FDI industrial developments, the project requires strict compliance with international standards for construction quality, project execution, operational efficiency, and supply chain requirements.
REEPRO delivers a Pre-Insulated duct system solution
REEPRO participated in the project as the supplier and installer of the pre-insulated PIR ALU duct system, delivering a total of 31,000 m² of air duct.
The system was designed to meet the project’s technical, aesthetic, and space optimization requirements while supporting the performance of a modern industrial HVAC system.
Compared with conventional galvanized steel ductwork with external insulation, the pre-insulated duct system offers several advantages, including:
- Reduced ceiling space requirements.
- Increased space for other MEP systems.
- Enhanced architectural aesthetics and seamless integration with the overall building design.
- Lower material consumption and faster on-site installation.
